Senior BPM Developer
Fidelity Investments is looking for Senior BPM Developers that can work across multiple Fidelity business units to automate, digitize, and transform their operational environments. This position is a hands-on technical role that will utilize software design and engineering skills to build robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for our business partners.
The Team
As part of the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) within Fidelity Investments, you will join an agile team of 6-8 skilled and hardworking individuals tasked with re-imagining the customer experience and associate workflow for Fidelity. The team will be focused on up-front design, development and implementation of innovative solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency and enable an exceptional digital experience for Fidelity business partners and end users.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelors Degree
- JavaScript, Java, REST API Required
- HTML, CSS Preferred
- Camunda BPM or other BPM development experience
- AWS or other Cloud service providers
- Business process improvement or re-engineering
- Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus
