Reports To Manager, Fund Data Management

About your team

The Fund Data Management team manages the core fund data across a wide range of fund types and systems. This includes the addition of new funds to the platforms, as well as the maintenance of existing Fidelity and third party funds.

About your role
This role will include:

  • Launching new funds onto Fidelity systems
  • Communicating and processing changes to funds
  • Analysing market notifications, to identify required activity
  • Providing ad-hoc data to colleagues as required
  • Identifying and escalating potential issues as necessary
  • Investigating and resolving queries relating to the above

About you

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to follow documented procedures, with the confidence to flag where these are unclear or confusing
  • Have the ability to review change notifications and identify required actions
  • Be able to identify critical activity, and prioritise accordingly
  • Be happy to work independently primarily, but as part of a team when required
