What role you will play in our team

 

Join our Procurement Oversight team and play a key role in shaping and strengthening procurement and business operations across a global organization. In this role, you will help drive consistent and compliant behaviors, ensuring that processes are executed with excellence, transparency, and efficiency.

You will be responsible for proactively identifying and managing risks through robust quality controls, while designing and implementing effective monitoring tools that provide clear insights into procurement performance. Working closely with global stakeholders across Acquisition, Supply Chain, and Accounts Payable, you will foster strong cross-functional collaboration and help align processes across regions.

What you will do

 

  • Review company processes to identify risks and potential issues, implement and perform mitigating controls
  • Support Procurement and Business Operations risk management through internal compliance reviews
  • Report, monitor and support corrective action plans for gaps and irregularities
  • Regularly perform process efficiency reviews and automation opportunities
  • Gain processes knowledge to identify risks and potential issues
  • Implement, perform and/or enhance mitigating controls and risk-based analysis
  • Exercise data-driven mindset and analytical skills, while still communicating with Business Lines and management positions on clarifications and report outs

About you


Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering
  • Proven experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Controls, or Audit-related roles
  • Strong proficiency in office productivity tools, particularly Excel (including data manipulation and analysis functions)
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Tableau, and Power BI for data visualization and collaboration
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and understand application functionalities
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities and deadlines
