What you will do

 

  • Develop and sustain Power Operation procedures, cost and scheduling tools to both maintenance and construction activities, and provide support to enable field activities throughout the life cycle of power infrastructure
  • Interface with internal (EM) and external (3rd party utilities and power line crews) resources in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Power Operations
  • Provide insights and ask questions to support scope, execution plan, cost and schedule of Power maintenance and construction activities
  • Applies planning logic, such as, lead, lag, critical path and milestones; Demonstrates good leadership skills in Work Team meetings to remove barriers and steward action items and cost profile to work plan and cost estimates.
  • Support to maintenance or construction job plan with Scheduler, Engineering lead, Maintenance Lead, and Operations across all disciplines. Identifies and monitors critical and sub-critical paths for major events

 

About you

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years maintenance planning, or project execution

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Willingness of relocate both domestically and internationally not required, but preferred
  • Ability to lead and work with a global, multinational workforce
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
