What does the job involve?
The job location for this role is eba, Poland.Responsible for Safe Work practices, planning, execution and monitoring of lifecycle operations and preventative as well as unplanned maintenance of the facilities, equipment, tools, and systems used to acquire energy resources.
Includes identification and evaluation of operational risks and setting operational performance targets and measures. May include oversight/scheduling of a preventative maintenance program and maintenance related functional activities as job planning, scheduling, shift control, performance monitoring and liaisons with operations groups to ensure equipment/plant scheduled downtimes are coordinated effectively.
What will my tasks be?
Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
Coordinate and oversee in the development of long-term operational plans in close collaboration with relevant Maintenance Engineering Leads, considering factors such as asset lifecycle, risk assessment, and business objectives.
Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, tools, and materials, for maintenance activities, ensuring efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Take lead on short- and medium-term planning and coordination of works, which includes ownership of the control of work system, creating manifests, planning plant availability and coordination of various maintenance stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Ensure that all offshore activities are conducted in strict compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, and maintain comprehensive records to demonstrate compliance.
Coordinate planning and execution of major shutdowns and turnarounds, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of maintenance activities while minimizing production downtime.
Contribute and maintain a robust documentation and knowledge management system for maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment records, maintenance procedures, and lessons learned, to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior planners and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning, and promoting professional development and growth within the organization.

Bachelor's or master's degree, in relevant field.
5+ years of experience in operations/ maintenance planning/ logistics and resource management/coordination (Vessels, transport, spare parts, tools, human resource).
Understanding of offshore logistics (weather windows, vessel manifesting, access restrictions, marine coordination).
Experience in dealing with safe execution of work (Work release/Permit-to-work systems), Risk assessment method statement (RAMS).
Strong understanding of CMMS / ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo, IFS).
Strong relevant IT skills (planning/scheduling & reporting tools).
Good general IT literacy.
Professional working level of Polish and English, both oral and written required.
