Full Job Description

The purpose of the role is to support the daily operations of the Euronext Securities Issuing Agent team, which is operating as an Issuing Agent for issuers registering in the Danish Central Securities Depositories (CSD).

Responsibilities and main tasks

  • Support the team in managing and resolving cases
  • Handle client enquiries
  • Perform AML Due Diligence checks
  • Perform data quality checks and reconciliation
  • Support updates to relevant operational documentation
  • Participate in testing of new functionality

Authority 

  • Authority to perform assigned operational and customer related tasks in line with established procedures and instructions.
  • Escalate customer requests or issues to the responsible Operations Specialist or Manager.

Competency and personal requirements 

  • Strong interest in financial markets and post trade environment.
  • Quick to learn new systems, processes and concepts.
  • Structured and detail oriented, with focus on data quality.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
