Securities Transaction Settlements

Your Main Tasks:
Settlement (trades and transfers) against/free of payment for Belgian ISIN code and Foreign ISIN codes.
Executing and billing of transactions executed on the markets based on settlement instructions from brokers and counterparty.
Following up with transactions and transfers with brokers, other financial institution including NBB.
Responsibilities:
Answering and solving customer, banker and financial institutions questions and issues
Maintaining contact with bankers, and financial institutions (bank to bank) via email, phone and chat in English*
*Assumption only English as language requirement to be validated during project transition.
Outperform customer expectations continuously: the WOW effect
Going through customer processes correctly
Taking into account applicable laws and regulations
Operational handling of customer request
