The opportunity
As an Americas Learning & Development (L&D) Projects Specialist Senior Associate youll provide advanced operational, process, and technology support to learning projects or programs. This includes supporting functions and processes within learning, including the quality assurance of learning documentation, collection of documentation required for internal reviews and analysis, as well as the maintenance outcomes of learning items in our internal systems. In this role you will be expected to produce high quality deliverables and assist on special projects where needed. 
 
Your key responsibilities 
   Drive portfolio management activities include feedback and consumption reporting and analysis to support course maintenance/retirement recommendations.
   Maintain facilitator, participant and on-demand self-study materials repository in SharePoint 
   Support project management efforts for a portfolio of less complex learning projects or programs, while assisting senior team members with larger projects
   Create and maintain project/program documentation, including project plans and timelines
   Communicate progress, barriers, risks, and benefits to team members and clients to ensure project success
   Complete or collect all documentation required for SuccessFactors learning management system Course/Item publication, Course/Item revision and item assignment
   Complete quality checks on data related to the content development process and on required documentation for publication
   Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and awareness of the item and program publication process and item revision process
   Executing course maintenance, decommissioning, and AMR (annual maintenance review) processes, and providing overall curriculum pipeline management with business stakeholders and senior team members
   Support reporting, vendor management, maintenance processes, and communication efforts related to learning projects
   Coordinate with external training vendors and internal stakeholders to schedule, publish, and maintain learning offerings
   Support vendor contract renewals and purchase order workflows
   Manage ServiceNow tickets and process for credit awarding related to external training vendors, ensuring accurate and timely processing
   Offer operational reporting and analysis, suggesting improvements based on workflow and process analysis
   Respond to the needs of managers, sponsors, and stakeholders, identifying alternative solutions and facilitating cross-project solutions
   Update learning team resources (e.g., SharePoint, OneNote) to maintain content relevancy 
 
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
   Strong spoken and written English skills to work in an international environment
   Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills 
   Strong communication and collaboration skills work effectively with colleagues and teams in different geographical locations and ability to build strong relationships in a multicultural environment 
   Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)
   Ability to use AI enabled tools effectively
   Ability to review and summarize data points
   Ability to solve problems, make recommendations, and present solutions to team members.
   Strong organizational skills to schedule, execute, and complete tasks, often delivered in quick succession  
   Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly 
   Ability to prioritize tasks
   Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects in parallel in an organized and coordinated way, with exceptional quality 
   Commercial acumen and business awareness
Additional Skills:
   Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be a great advantage (e.g., Pivot Tables, Formulas, Formatting, Data Cleaning, etc.)
   Knowledge of learning development processes and standards 
   Optional not required - Knowledge and hands on experience of ServiceNow and SuccessFactors 
Other Requirements:
   Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
   This role works with team members in all US time zones
