   Source, engage, and connect high-potential candidates to opportunities across EY.
   Use digital tools, social platforms, and data-driven insights to find and attract talent.
   Guide candidates through every stepensuring a positive, transparent, and inclusive experience.
   Build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, supporting their talent needs.

What Youll Bring
   36 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment.
   Experience supporting or a strong interest in one or more of EYs service lines:
   Consulting (helping clients transform their business, technology, and strategy)
   Assurance (audit and financial reporting)
   Tax (tax advisory and compliance)
   Core Business Services (internal operations such as HR, IT, finance, and marketing)
   Strategy & Transactions (corporate finance, M&A, and strategic growth)
   Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.
   Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with knowledge of behavioral and competency-based techniques.
   Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
   Curiosity, initiative, and a drive for continuous learning.
   Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
   Comfort with data, analytics, and feedback.
