Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expertise to lead business transformation initiatives across product development, engineering, and manufacturing domains. The role requires collaboration with global stakeholders and driving business value through PLM-enabled solutions.

Essential Job Functions        

  • Core Business Analysis Responsibilities

    • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements as user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process models
    • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT delivery teams
    • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement sessions across global teams
    • Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution definition
    • Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization

 

Technical Skills/Tools Requirement              

  • Business Analysis, ,BPM , Business Process Model ,Business Process Architect , Stakeholder Management, Process re-engineering & continuous Process Improvement ,Gap Analysis ,BRD, Product Management, Configuration management, Requirement Analysis, Ideation & requirement gathering Workshop facilitation  etc.
  • MS Visio ,Mural ,Miro, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office365 suite and MS Project, MS Vision

PLM-Specific Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze end-to-end product lifecycle processes:
    • Product design & engineering
    • BOM (Bill of Materials) management
    • Change management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
    • Product data governance
  • Drive implementation / enhancement of PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA)
  • Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize product development workflows
  • Define To-Be process models aligned to PLM best practices
  • Support data migration, system integration, and digital thread initiatives
  • Strategic & Client-Facing Responsibilities

    • Support business transformation initiatives by aligning PLM capabilities with organizational goals
    • Engage with senior stakeholders and present insights, recommendations, and solutions
    • Participate in pre-sales and solutioning discussions for PLM engagements
    • Ensure adoption of PLM solutions through stakeholder alignment and change management

 

Technical Skills/Tools Requirement (good to have)            

  • Business Analysis, BPM, Process Re-engineering
  • PLM domain knowledge and tools (Teamcenter / Windchill / ENOVIA or equivalent)
  • Requirement Management (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Process modelling tools (Visio, Miro, Mural)
