Role Overview

We seek a Data Business Analyst with advanced skills in SQL, Data Warehousing concepts, ETL processes and Data Mapping.

Highly experienced Integration & Data Solutions professional to design, document, and deliver end-to-end data integrations. 

 

This role involves working directly with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams to convert business requirements into practical data solutions. Experience with cloud data platforms is considered beneficial.

 

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience implementing global projects and programs with a high level of competency in Talent systems.  The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering complex requirements, designing integrated solutions, and contributing to the strategic use of Talent data to support business objectives.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to collect and define data requirements
  • Convert business needs into functional specifications, data models, and process flows - Convert business needs into integration specifications, data models, and process flows
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced SQL queries
  • Coordinate with ETL and data engineering teams to verify data pipelines and transformations
  • Support Data Warehousing projects
  • Create and update data mapping documents and source-to-target (S2T) specifications
  • Validate, profile, and check data quality to maintain accuracy
  • Define KPIs, build dashboards, and support reporting requirements
  • Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
