- 10+ years experience in a comparable role, with a track record in digital solutions, finance transformation, and delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products within financial services
- Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, able to define high-value opportunities, shape delivery strategies and balance execution pace with long-term scalability
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams to deliver complex digital products end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across seniority levels and global locations from technical colleagues to senior business leaders fostering alignment, navigating cultural nuances and driving product adoption across diverse, internationally distributed teams
- Technical fluency & tooling proficiency across modern product development practices, data products, APIs, and architecture concepts, with hands-on capability in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Excel, and PowerPoint
