This role is based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) 

 

Ko T Rourou | Your key responsibilities  

 

  • Lead work packages independently, ensuring high-quality delivery, alignment with client expectations, and measurable value and outcomes for clients and the communities they serve.
  • Identify, scope, plan, budget, and deliver complex transformation work packages, effectively managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and resources throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Effectively manage and mentor teams to foster collaboration and performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Apply critical thinking and professional experience to advise clients on complex, large-scale transformation initiatives

 

Ng Pkenga | Skills and attributes for success 

 

  • Proven experience delivering transformation programs for government / healthcare clients
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of successfully managing teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively
