What You Will Be Doing

You will be at the heart of transformation, working with senior leaders to turn strategic vision into reality. Your role combines strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring that our most critical initiatives deliver lasting change across people, process, technology and data dimensions. You will collaborate closely with tribes, domains and enabling functions to create alignment and momentum.

  • Lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation and benefit realisation
  • Drive transformation activities across people, process, technology, data, and organisational dimensions
  • Monitor strategic progress and identify risks, dependencies and opportunities
  • Prepare executive materials, business cases and leadership communications
  • Develop governance and operating models as well as decision-making frameworks for complex initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and transformation sponsors, showcasing the ability to influence without formal authority across a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders
  • May be on occasion required to facilitate leadership workshops, strategic reviews, planning sessions and governance forums

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, business management or change leadership

  • Strong knowledge of performance management, governance and strategic planning

  • Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams

  • Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to work with data and metrics

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, demonstrating ownership and accountability

  • Experience working in financial services, technology, transformation or large-scale corporate environments

Experience in transformation or consulting environments would be valuable, as would familiarity with performance metrics and financial insights.

What We Offer

You will join a collaborative environment where your strategic thinking will shape meaningful transformation. Our hybrid working model supports 3 to 4 days per week in the office, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing while maintaining flexibility.
