The opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and people-focused professional to lead EY Malta's student engagement and early talent initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with students and educational institutions, representing an employer brand, delivering presentations and workshops, and creating engaging talent attraction programmes. The role sits within the Talent team and provides exposure to broader HR activities.

 

In this role, you will report to the HR Manager.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

In this role, the key responsability will be, but is not limited to:

  • Serve as a key contact for EY's student programmes, building and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges and student organisations.
  • Represent EY at career fairs, university events, networking activities and employer branding initiatives.
  • Deliver presentations, workshops and careers sessions to students and graduates.
  • Support student engagement campaigns, employer branding activities, and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of EY's internship and work placement programmes
  • Coordinate the summer internship programme, including onboarding, training and participant experience.
  • Support graduate and student recruitment activities.
  • Support broader Talent and HR initiatives as required.

Skills and attributes for success

   Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
   1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, graduate recruitment, or a related field.

   A passion for student recruitment, with prior experience in recruitment marketing or a desire to learn.
   Confidence presenting to groups and a willingness to develop presentation and facilitation skills.

    Experience organising events, networking activities or outreach initiatives would be considered an asset. 
   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
   Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
    Strong social media and employer branding awareness would be an advantage.
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
   A passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce.
   A strong work ethic and high integrity.
   A meticulous approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
   A self-starter mentality, requiring minimal supervision.
   A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
