The Opportunity
Within EYs Clients & Industries function, the Demand Generation team is responsible for driving dynamic pipeline growth and customer acquisition. This is achieved through meticulously curated experiences, events, content, and activation strategies tailored to our strategic relationships and channels. Our approach is aligned with EYs brand, market insights, priority initiatives, and client purchasing behaviorsensuring we foster meaningful customer growth from an industry perspective.
The Go-to-Market Content Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality assets, curated experiences, and activation programs that showcase EYs capabilities and enable impactful client interactions. The CoE also fuels sales experiences through frictionless, AI-powered content management.
As an Excellence & Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing projects and initiatives that enhance the quality, accessibility and impact of our go to market assets and supporting processes in alignment with client growth priorities. This role blends project management with innovation to deliver frictionless, AI-powered content experiences
Key Responsibilities
- Manage medium-complexity, concurrent GTM content projects from initiation through to delivery
- Contribute to delivery of high-complexity projects as part of core project teams
- Apply structured project management methodologies to scope, plan, execute, and close projects, including risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment.
- Design and develop reporting frameworks and KPIs to track impact on pipeline and ensure consistent quality and measurable outcomes across all GTM content initiatives
- Contribute to shaping CoE products and services, elevating ideas for improvement, optimization and growth of capabilities
- Collaborate across Clients & Industries and partner functions (e.g., Industries, Accounts, Regions, SLs, G&I, BMC, Technology) to refine ideas and progress solutions.
- Use GenAI and analytics tools enhance quality and optimize delivery.
- Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team culture that supports growth and development for all members.
Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in successfully managing medium-complexity projects and initiatives. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies and their application.
- Solid understanding of EYs GTM strategy and the role of Demand Generation in driving business growth.
- Strong executive presence and consultative approach, with a track record of building and maintaining senior-level relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to produce polished, stakeholder-ready deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, GenAI tools (EYQ skills, Copilot etc) and EYs content management tools (Adobe CMS, Workfront etc)
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Strong collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and teams across Clients & Industries to refine opportunities and approaches
- Adaptability and a growth mindset to evolve practices for better results.
Ideally you will also
Bring substantial experience operating in a fast-paced, complex environment, where youve project managed cross-functional initiatives, executed strategic content planning, and championed process and quality improvements. Ideally you will also have hands-on experience leveraging GenAI tools and other emerging technologies to enhance deliverable and processes.
