GTM Content Development Specialist (Assistant Director)
The Opportunity
Within EYs Clients & Industries function, the Demand Generation team is responsible for driving dynamic pipeline growth and customer acquisition. This is achieved through meticulously curated experiences, events, content, and activation strategies tailored to our strategic relationships and channels. Our approach is aligned with EYs brand, market insights, priority initiatives, and client purchasing behaviorsensuring we foster meaningful customer growth from an industry perspective.
The Go-to-Market Content Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality assets, curated experiences, and activation programs that showcase EYs capabilities and enable impactful client interactions. The CoE also fuels sales experiences through frictionless, AI-powered content management.
As a GTM Content Development Specialist, you will source, develop and activate high-quality go-to-market assets aligned with client growth priorities. By applying and identifying best practices, leveraging emerging technologies, and integrating GenAI, youll deliver relevant, engaging content and curated experiences.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Project manage and execute end-to-end content development initiatives aligned with client growth priorities.
- Curate and activate go to market content and experiences to ensure they are relevant, intuitive and easily accessible for client servers
- Contribute to shaping the CoE products and services, elevating ideas for improvement, optimization and growth of capabilities.
- Collaborate across Clients & Industries and partner functions (e.g., Industries, Accounts, Regions, SLs, G&I, BMC, Technology) to support content development and refinement.
- Apply governance standards and best practices to maintain consistency and quality.
- Use GenAI and analytics tools to enhance content creation and optimize performance.
- Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team culture that supports growth and development for all members.
Skills & Attributes
- Solid understanding of EYs go-to-market strategy and the role of Demand Generation in driving business growth.
- Experience supporting Sector, Solutions, and Big Bets initiatives through sales enablement and content execution
- Ability to clearly communicate the value of go-to-market assets and curated experiences to support sales and pipeline generation.
- Strong executive presence and consultative approach, with a track record of building and maintaining senior-level relationships.
- Excellent project coordination skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to produce polished, stakeholder-ready deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, GenAI tools (EYQ skills, Copilot etc) and EYs content management tools (Adobe CMS, Workfront etc)
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
