The opportunity

 

As EY continues to strengthen its Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis (PBFA) capabilities across the MENA region, we are looking for a Senior Associate / Supervising Associate to support the Service Line PBFA Lead in delivering high-quality financial planning, performance reporting, analytics, and business insights.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to strategic decision-making by providing meaningful financial analysis, reporting, and modelling support. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance visibility, identifying trends, supporting planning cycles, and enabling business leaders to make informed decisions.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Support the Service Line PBFA Lead in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial planning activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the annual FP&A cycle, business drivers, and service line performance metrics.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to provide insights on revenue, profitability, utilization, margins, and other key business indicators.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for leadership review.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, forecasting, and strategic business decisions.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial performance.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requirements across the service line.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Experience Management, Talent, Markets, and GDS teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, reporting enhancements, and automation opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for financial analysis, reporting, and modelling requests within the business.

  • Possess strong knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Have exposure to automation, AI-enabled reporting, and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrate experience supporting senior stakeholders through financial performance reporting and strategic analysis.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
