Location: Katowice / Wrocaw - 2 days office/3 days remote

The opportunity

 

We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our Environmental Social Governance Services (ESGS) Team as an ESG Analyst (Supervising Associate). This role is critical in enhancing our Sustainable Procurement program for our Travel, Meetings and Events and Real Estate sourcing categories, as well as enhancing our learning and engagement and reporting capabilities. By joining our team, you will contribute to EY's commitment to building a better working world through responsible sourcing and supply chain management.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

As an ESG Analyst you will:

  • Support the Sustainable Procurement Lead in conducting comprehensive ESG supplier assessments, audits and engagement to drive improvement in ESG in the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with the EY Travel, Meetings and Events and Real Estate sourcing teams to enhance ESG strategies, programs and reporting.
  • Design and deliver EYs annual Responsible Sourcing Week, a series of learning sessions for sourcing managers and suppliers.
  • Conduct annual policy reviews including the EY Sustainable Sourcing Framework and Supplier Code of Conduct.
  • Stay informed on relevant regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  • Create detailed sustainability reports and support educational events for suppliers and staff.

 

This role may require occasional travel to supplier sites and EY offices, depending on project needs and location.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

To excel in this role, you should demonstrate:

  • A passion for environmental and social sustainability.
  • Familiarity with sustainable sourcing or procurement protocols.
  • Research capabilities to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

 

To qualify for the role you must have

 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data presentation and report writing.
  • Proven experience in conducting ESG supplier assessments and analyzing results.

 

Ideally, youll also have

 

  • Relevant certifications or education in ESG, sustainability or sustainable procurement.
  • ESG auditing qualifications.
