Location: Warszawa, Mazowieckie, Poland
Job Responsibilities
- Assess regulatory changes across the EMEA region against existing policies, standards, processes, and tools to identify potential gaps or areas for improvement.
- Lead or support continuous improvement and transformation projects in collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external examinations, including regulatory, audit, and compliance reviews.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for regional stakeholders regarding the third-party oversight framework.
- Support the implementation of strategic tools and ensure regional requirements are appropriately accommodated.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in outsourcing and third-party risk management.
- Understanding of the outsourcing regulatory landscape in the EMEA region, including relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of risk management and control principles.
- Experience interpreting regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing audits and regulatory reviews.
- Strong analytical, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop sustainable solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across risk, legal, compliance, sourcing, and audit functions.

- Familiarity with EMEA outsourcing regulations and industry standards.
