We are seeking a dynamic Consultant to join our growing Business Consulting team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving transformation and delivering high-impact solutions to clients.
This role is based in tautahi (Christchurch) and requires regular travel to client sites, where you'll play a key role in delivering transformational change outcomes.

- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design, deliver, and implement transformation initiatives.

- Contribute to the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects and engagements for clients across multiple sectors.
- Support initiatives that create positive impacts for clients, communities, and organisations.

- Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Political Science or related field.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Change Management, Project Management or enterprise architecture frameworks.
