The Opportunity

Assurance - Management Accounts - Manager - Hong Kong

The role is to support Leaders in managing and overseeing the process of collecting and organizing analytical data related to management accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted business advisor to the assurance team by providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Support management account initiatives, helping to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
  • Drive forward-looking financial analysis and business planning
  • Translate data into actionable insights by highlighting key business drivers and identifying improvement areas
  • Deliver management reporting and dashboards to enhance leadership visibility on performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to align on strategic priorities and performance outcomes
  • Monitor key business metrics (both top-line and profitability indicators) and ensure alignment with overall service line objectives

 

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance & accounting, or any related discipline
  • CPA with a minimum 5+years of relevant experience in financial institutions (*Big 4 FS audit & in-house finance work experience would make a great combination)
  • Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers to provide insight and advice to senior management
  • Sensitive about number, well-organized, self-driven, detailed-minded and committed
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
