Job Title: Associate Manager - Financial Due Diligence

Job Description: We are looking for an Associate Manager in Financial Due Diligence to join our Strategy and Transactions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a proven track record in due diligence engagements. This role involves working on complex transactions, providing detailed analysis to our clients, and supporting decision-making in mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial due diligence engagements for cross-border and domestic transactions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify historical and future financial performance, including quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks.
  • Prepare detailed financial due diligence reports that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide integrated transaction support services.
  • Manage and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent)
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
