The opportunity

EY is seeking a Client Leadership Development Senior Specialist to help elevate how our partners and account teams engage the market and deliver value to clients. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening client leadership capability across EY by shaping and executing a global talent and development strategy aligned to our Clients & Industries agenda. Working across regions, service lines and functions, you will influence how account teams develop client leadership capabilities to enable them to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your work will directly support EYs most important account teams and help drive consistent, high-impact leadership practices across the firm.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Build account team capability by identifying and validating Clients & Industries capabilities that inform a global client leadership talent development strategy and execution plan.
  • Lead the implementation of agreed development initiatives, managing complex interdependencies with internal teams and external vendors to ensure disciplined execution and measurable impact.
  • Partner closely with Clients & Industries leadership, regional leaders, service line leaders and talent teams to align priorities and deliver programs that support Client Excellence.
  • Support and enhance career pathways and key account development programs, including those focused on global account and sales excellence, and relationship development. .
  • Act as a subject matter resource for selected global talent programs, overseeing significant components of large or complex initiatives.
  • Facilitate global learning programs by becoming certified in one or more Clients & Industries offerings and delivering content that drives behavioral change.
  • Coach Clients & Industries team members and global talent and learning teams to strengthen capability, confidence and execution effectiveness.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across the globe by listening carefully to needs, presenting compelling business cases and driving transformational change across diverse portfolios of accounts.
  • Navigate and manage differences among stakeholders to establish shared goals, aligned approaches and successful outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional and virtual teams to deliver specific objectives, while managing multiple priorities independently and with minimal supervision.
