What does the job involve?

Responsvel por realizar rotinas planejadas, auxiliar nas operaes de descarregamento, manuteno corretiva em equipamentos de medio fiscal, de alocao e de gerenciamento de base (produo) e na instrumentao associada.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

• Ser um modelo de segurana, diversidade e incluso. 

• Fornercer suporte tcnico e atuar como ponto focal para questes de medio fiscal em instalaes de produo. 

• Preparar intervenes de manuteno relevantes e apropriadas relacionadas a skids e dispositivos de medio fiscal, usando o sistema de gesto de manuteno (SAP) para executar o plano de manuteno e atualizar o histrico de manuteno. 

• Manter contato com fornecedores e fabricantes de equipamentos originais para todas as consultas relacionadas a manuteno, desenhos, modificaes e resoluo de problemas tcnicos. 

• Identificar falhas na medio fiscal, emitir relatrios tcnicos e notificaes de falhas de medio conforme as regulamentaes da ANP. Acompanhar a medio e operaes de transferncia fiscal, coletando dados e informaes para auxiliar na emisso de relatrios de recalibrao pela engenharia. 

• Ser responsvel por inserir parmetros em computadores de vazo com base em calibrao e certificados, garantindo que cpias fsicas e digitais da documentao de medio fiscal estejam atualizadas. 

• Participar da fase de comissionamento de novos projetos, dentro ou fora do Brasil. 

• Acompanhar as operaes de descarregamento com adeso aos padres e especificaes da empresa. Propor mudanas nas prticas e planos para melhorar a confiabilidade e eficincia dos sistemas de medio fiscal

• Diploma tcnico em Automao, Instrumentao ou equivalente. Registro vlido na sociedade de classe (CFT). 

• Mnimo de 4 anos de experincia tcnica com entregas comprovadas como Pessoa Tcnica de Medio a bordo de instalaes de produo, preferencialmente FPSOs. 

• Fluncia em portugus e bom domnio do ingls (leitura de documentao tcnica). 

• Eficincia no uso de sistemas de gesto de manuteno, preferencialmente SAP, e proficincia no uso de sistemas de computador de escritrio. 

• Conhecimento tcnico para ler e interpretar desenhos tcnicos, matriz de Causa e Efeito e P&IDs. 

• Slido conhecimento tcnico das RTMs (Regulamentaes Tcnicas de Medio) e XML. 

• Abraar a cooperao e a colaborao aberta como formas essenciais de trabalho. Proavitividade por natureza, tomar iniciativa e poder trabalhar de forma independente quando necessrio. Oferecer e receber feedback construtivo e ter a motivao pela melhoria contnua. 

• Slido conhecimento tcnico de Altosonic V, FloBoss S600, computadores de fluxo, Delta V Supervisory e instrumentao (vlvulas e variveis de processo).
