What does the job involve?

Responsvel por monitorar, controlar e otimizar o processo de produo de energia com foco em segurana, eficincia e sustentabilidade. O trabalho envolve supervisionar a operao dos equipamentos, monitorar os nveis de produo e minimizar desperdcios. Realizar verificaes regulares de segurana, manter registros precisos dos dados de produo e diagnosticar problemas na produo.

Voc utiliza seu conhecimento em uma rea especfica para realizar tarefas que tm impacto/risco operacional de curto prazo. Voc completa de forma independente o trabalho designado, seja com orientao ou seguindo diretrizes e procedimentos bem definidos, a fim de alcanar metas estabelecidas por outros que impactam sua equipe imediata. Voc comunica de forma eficaz fatos, prticas e polticas para indivduos dentro de sua equipe imediata e, ocasionalmente, com partes externas. What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

• Garantir a estabilidade e a otimizao das variveis da planta de processo, incluindo presso, nvel, temperatura e vazo, atuando em colaborao com as equipes de campo.

• Operar a planta de processo de acordo com as especificaes operacionais, assegurando a conformidade com os requisitos legais para descarte de gua produzida e controle de emisses de CO.

• Manter controle efetivo das Permisses de Trabalho (PTs) em andamento.

• Controlar e gerenciar os sistemas de inibio (override) de segurana.

• Monitorar os sistemas de deteco de incndio e gs.

• Identificar, registrar e reportar necessidades de manuteno dos sistemas de processo e segurana por meio do SAP.

• Atuar em situaes de emergncia como integrante da Equipe de Resposta a Emergncias (ERT).

• Contribuir para os programas e iniciativas de sistemas de segurana da empresa.

• Apoiar as equipes de Operaes, Produo, Otimizao e Gs (EPOG) sempre que necessrio.

• Formao tcnica em Mecnica, Eltrica, Eletrnica, Qumica ou rea equivalente, com registro ativo no respectivo conselho profissional.

• Experincia mnima de 3 anos como CRO em plataformas de petrleo e gs, ou experincia mnima de 5 anos em refinarias ou plantas de processo contnuo. Experincia prvia em operaes de FPSO no pr-sal ser considerada um diferencial importante.

• Fluncia em portugus e nvel intermedirio de ingls.

• Conhecimento em sistemas de gesto de manuteno, preferencialmente SAP.

• Domnio de ferramentas e sistemas informatizados de escritrio.

• Capacidade de identificar, compreender e gerenciar riscos operacionais.

• Experincia na operao de sistemas Honeywell DCS ser considerada um diferencial.

• Atitude proativa, iniciativa para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e capacidade de atuar de forma autnoma quando necessrio.

• Compromisso em atuar como referncia em segurana, diversidade e incluso.
