Fields of activity

The Relationship Management Intern supports the APAC & Middle East sales and client service teams through a combination of documentation handling, administrative coordination, and operational support.

 

Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection, verification, and submission of Know Your Customer (KYC) documents for the APAC and Middle East offices. Liaise with clients to clarify outstanding queries and follow up proactively to secure required documentation in a timely manner.

 

  • Support client services on basic customer queries and documentation tasks such as signature list onboarding. 

 

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales & client service teams, ensuring timely completion and facilitating smooth operational workflows with both internal stakeholders and clients.

 

  • Manage and coordinate various ad hoc tasks and supporting internal events or operational needs as they arise.

 

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Interest in relationship management, client services and financial services operations.
  • Good understanding or willingness to learn about KYC, client onboarding, post-trade processes and financial services documentation workflows.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, able to liaise professionally with internal stakeholders & external clients.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong documentation accuracy & follow-through.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proactive, adaptable & organised to support ad hoc operational or administrative needs as required.
