Field of Activity
Working closely with the HR team in Singapore, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support across a broad range of HR activities. Area of coverage includes all entities in scope under Deutsche Boerse Group in Asia & Middle East.
Your Responsibilities:
Internship Management
- Support intern recruitment activities including job posting, screening of CVs, interview coordination, new joiner orientation etc.
- Coordinate intern get-together sessions
HR Services
- Support employee expense reimbursement processes through SAP Concur
- Support time management processes through SAP Fiori
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee enquiries related to time management and expense management processes
- Assist in employee lifecycle, such as but not limited to onboarding and offboarding procedures and employee documentation preparations
- Benefits administration support for employees
Projects
- Assist in employee filing and document digitalization
- Support document template and standardization process
- Coordinate the logistics of employee engagement, CSR, and wellbeing activities
- Provide administrative support for other ad hoc initiatives as required
Your Profile:
- A passionate individual who is keen to pursue a career in Human Resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, any proficiencies in automation tools is an added advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with employees and stakeholders across different levels
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and mindset
