This role demands a strong grasp of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence architecture, design, and excellent Oracle PL/SQL development skills. You will develop ETL programs and data structures for business reporting within an Agile framework and defined SDLC.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing Treasury systems and design/develop robust Oracle-based data models and ETL processes using PL/SQL to meet functional and architectural requirements.

  • Ensure high-quality software delivery through unit/integration testing, participation in QA, and adherence to agile development practices.

  • Collaborate with architects and business analysts to define data needs, contribute to architectural decisions, and provide accurate development estimates.

  • Apply industry best practices, design patterns, and automation (including CI/CD) to continuously evolve component architecture and engineering standards.

  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering cross-functional collaboration and contributing to domain goals by promoting consistent standards and innovative techniques.

Skills

  • Essential: Strong Oracle PL/SQL and Java development expertise, including performance tuning and building scalable, high-volume reporting applications. Proficient in Continuous Integration (TeamCity preferred), Test Driven Development, and Agile methodologies.
