Role Description

Executive Assistance to MD along with support for marketing activities. Administrator is responsible for supporting individuals, teams or departments in the performance of their tasks.

Your key responsibilities

  • Producing, editing, proofing and formatting documents, research papers and speeches
  • Ensuring data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving
  • Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
  • Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the assigned business un
    Working closely with other administrative support staff to ensure close communication and coordination. Must be responsible for managing timely client communications across email and SMS, organize lead-generating client events, source Debit Card offers, and develop creative and performance journeys.
  • Strategize and create client emails and physical statements.
  • Manage branch and ATM branding and signage, and support branches with event collateral, translations, and revamped agreements and application forms.
  • Manage Safe Banking awareness across the website, email, SMS, statement stationery, welcome kits, and brochures, educating clients on financial and personal data threats and preventive measures; lead quarterly committee

Your skills and experience

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferably supporting senior stakeholders i.e. Managing Directors / Directors in onshore locations
  • Educated to bachelors degree level (Business Administration) or equivalent qualification/work ex
  • A self-starter with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to create presentations and reports
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent spreadsheet and/or basic database skills (data matching, data entry, basic reporting)

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
