Our Investment Banking Capital Markets business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors. Our offering consists of comprehensive financial advisory and capital raising services - including mergers & acquisitions, underpinned by one of the world's largest and most successful M&A, debt and equity capital markets platforms. Deutsche Banks full service offerings and strong presence across the globe enables us to advise on large, multi-dimensional cross-border, global and regional transactions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Students of Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related courses
  • Morning shift students
  • Expected to graduate in December 2028
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance
  • Macroeconomic knowledge
  • Detail oriented and reliable with focus on high-quality deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend its validity
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
  • Working proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist on the preparation of detailed materials for pitches and M&A transactions
  • Perform industry and company specific research, and strategic analysis
  • Support the execution of M&A transactions
  • Interact with the team on many internal and external demands
