We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of PB BLIS, a member of the Group Management Committee (GMC). In this role, you will provide executive support, coordinate strategic and governance activities, and facilitate collaboration across senior stakeholders within the Private Bank. The role offers exposure to key business priorities and strategic initiatives, contributing to the effective execution of organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support committee and management meetings, including agendas, presentations, briefing materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.

  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, summaries, reports, and other materials for senior management audiences.

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and selected project activities within the PB BLIS organization.

  • Coordinate communications and content across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective information flow.

  • Track key actions, deliverables, and priorities, supporting effective governance and timely execution of business objectives.

  • Build collaborative relationships across teams and functions while handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Skills:

  • Relevant experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or strategic business initiatives within a financial services environment.

  • University degree, banking qualification, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Good understanding of Private Banking activities, organizational structures, and related business functions within a global financial institution.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience preparing materials for senior management audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills would be considered an advantage.
