Responsibilities:
Execute transaction-based processes, payment investigations, and liquidity management support to ensure accurate, timely delivery across product lines.
Align daily workflows with global Cash Operations strategies, regulatory requirements, and established SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs.
Mitigate operational and regulatory risks by performing robust controls, escalating issues promptly, and implementing mitigation solutions.
Own cross-divisional back-office processes to guarantee seamless, complete, and accurate transaction capture within the bank.
Support the optimization of front-to-back workflows through change management, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
Skills:
Relevant experience in a back / middle office, control or project team, with comprehensive knowledge of banking products (including Cash, MM, FX, and Loans).
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Kondor+, SWIFT, and/or Avaloq is considered as a strong advantage.
Remain up to date on regulatory requirements and market changes.
Collaborate effectively within diverse, multi-location teams using strong English communication skills, with German language proficiency considered a strong asset.
The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
