Our Salesforce AMS practice is part of a wider Deloitte Digital community that brings together diverse expertise to support clients with ongoing innovation, optimisation and stability across their Salesforce environments. In this role, youll partner with exceptional digital talent across disciplines to maintain, enhance and evolve forwardthinking, businessfocused and experiencedriven Salesforce solutions for iconic brands. Youll help us deepen the longterm impact we deliver for our clients, growing our AMS footprint while upholding our quality, integrity and culture.

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will:

• Support the technical design, enhancement, testing and deployment of changes within existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring solutions remain robust, scalable and aligned to client needs.
• cause and problem analysis, and proactive monitoring to safeguard system stability and performance.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their environments, challenges and priorities to contribute meaningfully to their operational success.
• Contribute to the evolution of our AMS delivery frameworks, architectural practices, tooling and ways of working to drive quality, consistency and efficiency.

A good graduate degree (First or Upper Second) or equivalent is desirable, but equivalent practical experience is equally valued. You must have the right to live and work in the UK.

You'll possess a solid foundation in Salesforce development, including:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or Administrator) are preferred.
• Practical experience in Salesforce implementations, demonstrating knowledge in areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with development lifecycle, code management, and basic technical concepts within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components.
• Understanding of declarative development tools (e.g., Flow Builder).
• Familiarity with relational database concepts.

The successful applicant will also be:

• A confident and articulate communicator, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• An active listener, capable of building strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm). Our hybrid working policy

Youll be based in Belfast or Manchester with hybrid working.
