YOUR ROLE

In this role, you should expect to:

  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with best practices.
  • Configure and enhance core Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, and Knowledge.
  • Design and manage integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
  • Optimize data models, system performance, and automation, leveraging Salesforce Flow whenever possible.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and collaborate closely with analysts, business teams, and stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Service Cloud and end-to-end project delivery in enterprise environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, Lightning Framework, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data and security models.
  • Strong experience in Service Cloud functionalities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, SLAs/Entitlements, Email-to-Case, and Web-to-Case.
  • Proven ability to design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps and quality practices, including Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Strong architectural thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and technical leadership/mentoring capabilities.
