This role is primarily focused on the delivery of Change Management and Training workstreams within SAP transformation programmes. While operating with routine senior oversight, you will effectively shape and own deliverables and take responsibility for the quality and the proactive escalation of risks and issues. This requires a deep and proven blend of expertise across three interconnected areas:

• Change Management & Training Execution: Contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive change and training strategies, including taking ownership of or supporting sub-workstreams to ensure sustainable user adoption of SAP transformations.
• Integrated Change Project Management: Supporting the prioritisation and integration of transformation enablement considerations across multiple SAP project workstreams, ensuring change and training activities are seamlessly integrated into broader programme plans.
• Essential SAP Functional Expertise: Applying practical experience across one or more SAP functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to inform and shape effective change and training strategies and solutions, both independently and as part of a team.

An understanding of SAP programme dynamics is crucial for delivering high-quality enablement solutions and embedding these activities effectively within broader project plans. Your proven track record includes building and maintaining robust client and project team relationships, establishing credibility, and contributing to a confident and successful team environment.

This role requires strong skills and experience across the following areas:

Change Management & Training:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans to drive adoption and mitigate resistance.
• Experience in recognised change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and supporting the design and facilitation of workshops.

Learning and Development Expertise:

• Contribute to the end-to-end management of training, from needs analysis and strategy development to designing, developing, and delivering engaging traditional and digital learning programmes.
• Skilled in facilitating training for diverse audiences (in-person/virtual), evaluating effectiveness, and proficient in learning technologies and platforms.

Project Support & Communication:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a project environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

Certifications & SAP-Specific Expertise:

• Certified in recognised Change Management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, ACMP) methodologies, or working towards certification.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP implementation or transformation programmes with a good understanding of SAP system landscapes and their impact on user roles and processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP Activate delivery methodology and how Change Management and Training integrates into this.
• Exposure to user adoption and training tools (e.g., WalkMe, Articulate 360, Synthesia).
