In this role, you will partner directly with leaders across People & Operations to define and execute area-specific insights strategies. Youll provide analytic consulting services to People functions (People Advisory, Performance Management, Learning & Talent Development, Culture & Purpose, ESG, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Mobility, etc.), and youll ensure those services connect cleanly with People Science, Visier Platform Operations, and Operational Reporting to deliver trusted, action-oriented insights.

This role ensures that your aligned People & Operations leaders get targeted, actionable insights that are rooted in sound analytics and aligned across our People Insights capabilities. Youll help the organization turn people data into decisions that improve organizational health and drive a high-impact culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with COE leaders to design and deliver a consistent, contextual people data experience
  • Help leaders frame business problems, scope analyses, develop hypotheses, and present concise, decision ready recommendations
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoptionensure insights translate into measurable actions and tracked outcomes
  • Coordinate across the four PI pillars (Consulting, People Science, Visier Platform Operations, Operational Reporting) to align methods, data sources, and governance
  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase the People Insights teams impact and improve delivery
  • Partner with the Visier Operations lead and Data Management on ensuring high levels of data privacy and governance is maintained in platforms and solutions.

Key measures of success

  • Deliverables directly inform People & Operations decisions and map to clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Consistently reliable, trusted analyses produced in partnership with Operational Reporting and Visier Platform Operations.
  • Deliver solutions that are focused on sustainable and scalable support for our People stakeholders; including reduced time to insight and improving our people operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent; masters degree preferred (or equivalent)
  • Considerable time in internal people/talent analytics or HR analytics consulting, with experience leading client facing teams (internal or external customers)
  • Proven experience partnering with multiple People functions (e.g., TA, Learning, Performance, Workforce Planning)
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills including for senior/executive audiences.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience creating leadership-ready presentations in PowerPoint
  • Experience delivering analytics or reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with HR analytics platforms (Visier, OneModel)
  • Track record of driving adoption and change management for analytics solutions
