Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to closure, adhering to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear communication and status updates to all stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, fostering strong relationships with business units, IT, and external vendors.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
- Manage Solution Design & Implementation:
- Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of the solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business needs.
- Manage data migration strategies and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation lifecycles.
- Process Optimisation & Change Management:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance utilisation.
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful user adoption of new systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support for user training and documentation.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate contracts where necessary.
- Post-Implementation Support & Optimisation:
- Oversee post-implementation reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for ongoing optimisation and enhancement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3-4 years specifically managing CRM and 3rdparty services implementation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of best practices, sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ADO, Microsoft Planner).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Understanding of data migration, integration, and reporting tools.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
- Experience in a consulting environment or large-scale digital transformation programmes.
