As an Associate Director in Finance Transformation (Aerospace & Defence), you will help shape, lead and deliver finance transformation programmes that matter to our clients.

This role sits within our Business Finance & Controllership capability, helping Aerospace & Defence clients strengthen core finance, decision support and performance management capabilities as part of wider transformation programmes.

Youll focus on outcomes rather than rigid role boundaries, with scope to grow your impact over time. Your work may include:

• Leading and shaping finance transformation initiatives across operating model, process, data and technology, working with clients and delivery teams to achieve practical outcomes
• Working closely with senior client stakeholders to understand challenges and co

• Supporting delivery teams to succeed through clear direction, inclusive leadership and sound governance
• Helping clients navigate change by communicating clearly, building confidence and supporting adoption
• Contributing to business development, propositions and thought leadership aligned to your strengths

Essential:

• Experience working in, or closely with, Aerospace & Defence organisations, either in-industry or as an advisor
• Experience across finance processes, systems or data in complex or regulated environments
• Exposure to, or involvement in, finance transformation initiatives (for example operating model change, process improvement, systems or data transformation)
• Ability to work across finance, technology and business stakeholders
• Experience engaging with senior finance or business leaders
• Enjoyment of of working collaboratively in diverse, multi
  disciplinary teams
• A recognised finance qualification (or equivalent practical experience)

Desirable (but not essential):

• Market relationships or sector profile in Aerospace & Defence
• Experience with finance platforms or vendors (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, BlackLine)
• Contribution to thought leadership, propositions or internal capability building
• Existing UK security clearance (SC or above)
