Location: Copenhagen V, Denmark

As Tribe Lead for Digital Core, you will lead a strategically important part of Danske Banks core banking foundation. You will shape direction, drive delivery, and build alignment across business and technology while leading people through significant change.

 

About Digital Core

Digital Core supports the modernisation of customer and account capabilities while underpinning essential financial services in the Nordics, making it a central part of Danske Banks Forward 28 journey.
 

The tribe includes around 180 colleagues across Denmark, Lithuania, and India. You will work closely with architects, chapter leads, product leaders, and senior business and technology stakeholders to drive progress through collaboration, clarity, and strong execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Core with clear direction, strong execution, and an inclusive leadership culture.

  • Drive the roadmap in alignment with Forward 28 while balancing transformation with stability, resilience, and compliance.

  • Ensure delivery across squads and clusters while managing priorities, dependencies, risk, and continuity of essential services.

  • Build strong partnerships across business and technology and create transparency on progress and performance.
