Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Join our team and help ensure stable, reliable IT services across Danske Bank. You will establish and govern continuity management for critical IT services, working with a collaborative team united by a common goal. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in operational resilience.

What you will be doing:
You will contribute to our Operational Resilience strategy by managing IT supplier continuity practices across the organisation. Working closely with Service Owners and stakeholders, you will ensure our critical IT services remain available during disruptions. Your work will directly support the bank's ability to serve customers without interruption.

  • Develop and improve processes, procedures, and tools for IT supplier continuity management
  • Assess continuity and exit plans for critical IT suppliers
  • Guide Service Owners in preparing exit plans and recovery documentation
  • Coordinate testing and exercises per business and regulatory requirements
  • Manage the annual test schedule and disaster recovery exercises

 

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service management
  • Understanding of operational resilience principles and continuity planning
  • Familiarity with C&I Outsourcing and DORA regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Experience in IT supplier continuity management would be valuable addition to your profile
