We are looking for a Senior Tech Refresh Manager to join our IT Operations Governance team. You will play a key role in improving how Danske Bank manages technology lifecycle, helping build transparency around ageing technologies and contributing to stable, secure IT services.

What you will be doing:
You will facilitate the technology refresh cycle across the organisation, working closely with technology owners, ITAM teams, and support functions to ensure timely remediation of end-of-life technologies. Your work directly supports business continuity and regulatory compliance whilst reducing operational risk.

• Facilitate technology refresh cycles in collaboration with technology owners and support teams
• Work with ITAM to identify and validate end-of-life technology inventories
• Track and report on remediation plan progress, risks, and overdue actions
• Follow up with technology owners to ensure timely replacements and upgrades
• Support compliance with business, risk and regulatory requirements for technology lifecycle
• Maintain and improve processes, procedures, tools and templates for tech refresh governance
• Prepare clear reporting and insights for management stakeholders on technology status

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in IT service management, IT governance, or technology lifecycle management
• Good understanding of technology refresh and IT asset management practices
• 2+ years of experience maintaining or improving processes, procedures, templates, tools and reporting routines
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across teams
• Good communication skills with ability to explain governance expectations clearly
• Upper-intermediate English skills
• Additional experience with ITIL frameworks or regulatory compliance would be valuable, though we welcome candidates from various backgrounds who bring diverse perspectives to our team

Monthly salary range from 5120 EUR to 7680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
