Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Support the delivery and administration of learning activities across the bank. You'll manage training launches, including regulatory and mandatory training, support certification and license registration processes, respond to employee and manager questions about training assignments, and provide first-level support for technical issues in learning systems. Working alongside colleagues and stakeholders across the bank, you'll help ensure learning records remain accurate, and employees can complete required training and certifications. What you will be doing:
As part of our Training Administration team in Vilnius, you'll support learning and development activities for employees across Danske Bank. Working closely with learning professionals and stakeholders from different countries, you'll help ensure training is delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy, and quality.
You'll play an important role in connecting employees with our Learning Management System, supporting them with day-to-day training administration needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and launching online and instructor-led training courses in our Learning Management System. No content creation, only the administrative part.
- Advising requestors on training setup and delivery options.
- Supporting employees and managers with Learning Management System general queries and learning-related issues.
- Extracting, validating learning reports for various stakeholders. Some Excel familiarity with Vlookup function, simple pivots is a benefit.
- Handling invoice related matters and supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions already established within the team.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.
About you:
- At least 1 year of experience in learning or administrative functions.
- Upper-intermediate English skills for effective written and spoken communication with requestors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems and tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Transparent and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
Experience with Learning Management Systems would be beneficial, though we welcome candidates eager to develop this area.

Monthly salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
