Join our HR Services team and help coordinate international business travel compliance across Danske Bank. You will work at the intersection of employee mobility, payroll, taxation, and compliance, ensuring that business travel is managed accurately and in accordance with local regulations. This role offers valuable experience in global mobility, stakeholder management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

What you will be doing:

You will act as a key coordination point for business travel tax compliance activities, working closely with employees, HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, and external service providers. Your analytical mindset will help identify risks, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance across multiple countries.

   Collect, review, and analyze employee travel, payroll, and taxation-related data.
   Monitor data quality and investigate inconsistencies, exceptions, and missing information.
   Coordinate activities with employees, managers, HR, Payroll, Finance, and external tax partners.
   Support cross-border compliance processes related to international business travel.
   Ensure timely completion of compliance, reporting, and payroll-related deadlines.
   Investigate employee cases and help resolve questions related to business travel taxation and reporting.
   Monitor and follow up on tax payments, reconciliations, refunds, and related documentation.
   Identify process risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
   Support communication and guidance to employees affected by business travel tax obligations.
   Contribute to process optimization, automation initiatives, and employee experience improvements.
   Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple systems and providers.

About you:

   Experience in HR, payroll, finance, taxation, compliance, operations, or a similar area.
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
   Comfortable working with Excel and large datasets.
   Ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
   Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and practical manner.
   Comfortable working with multiple priorities and deadlines.
   Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
   Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and countries.

Basic knowledge of payroll, taxation, global mobility, compliance, or regulatory processes would be an advantage, but is not required. We value curiosity, willingness to learn, ownership, and an analytical approach above prior technical expertise.

Monthly salary range from 1880 EUR to 2820 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
