Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Were the Fees and Pricing team, and we ensure our customers in the Nordic countries receive their products and services at the agreed prices. Interested in joining us?

As part of our team, youll handle tasks related to fees and pricing, including investigation, data analysis, preparing overviews, and collaborating with different colleagues across the bank. Youll also get to work on some of the biggest banking projects, improve processes, find automation opportunities, and continuously grow your skills. Youll have a chance to help us enhance our operations, suggest new ways of doing things, and continuously develop your abilities.
This team handles not only operations but is also constantly working on different bank projects and initiatives. Additionally, we are very active in process improvements.


The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility; we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office.

You will:
    Ensure service related with fees and pricing delivery for corporate customers from 7 different countries
    Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests in order to provide the best possible customer experience
    Have a close collaboration with advisor and cash management teams, provide consultations and optimize solutions
    Be part of different banks projects and initiatives related with pricing
    Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

    Experience in an operational or administrative role
    Critical mindset and detailed orientation
    Focus on high quality and accuracy
    Ability to see bigger picture and connect the dots
    High communication and collaboration skills
    Good time management skills
    Proactive leaner and process challenger
    Upper Intermediate English skills


We offer:
If based in Lithuania, your monthly salary would range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
