Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Are you interested in financing for business customers and would like to handle different administrative tasks related to loans and credits?

Join our Business Financing area, which brings together 8 international teams across the Nordics and Lithuania. We are expanding and looking for skilled employees to become part of our 3 teams in Vilnius, contributing to a dynamic and international work environment. 

We provide services to various business customer segments by establishing loans and credits, creating agreements, preparing collateral documents and guarantees, and administering financing products throughout their life cycle. Our teams not only handle back-office tasks but have interactions with customers and relationship managers.

Our focus is on both delivering great results and an enhanced customer experience and creating a great atmosphere based on values and openness within the teams. In this role, you will develop your coordination, problem-solving and creative customer orientation skill set. 

Also, if you are eager to learn Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish language from scratch, weve got you covered!

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Handle various loan servicing requests received from Customer advisor
  • Take responsibility for maintaining high-quality services for our customers
  • Communicate daily with the team and our stakeholders
  • Manage the workflow according to established deadlines
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects (LEAN, robotics, automation) 

About you:

  • At least 1year of experience working with operations or administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of banking products, such as loans, credits, would be beneficial
  • Motivated and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn new tasks in a changing international environment
  • Strong focus on teamwork

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1720 EUR to 2580 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
