Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Join us as a Technology Risk and Controls Specialist where you will work closely with diverse stakeholders to safeguard Danske Bank from technology risks. You will conduct assessments, design controls, and guide service owners through the complete risk management lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our security and resilience framework.

 

What you will be doing:
As part of the Technology Risk Assessments and Controls team within Security, Resiliency and Control, you will provide essential risk assessment and control services across the bank. You will collaborate with technology and application service owners, helping them navigate complex risk scenarios while ensuring compliance with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform technology risk assessments with service owners and stakeholders
  • Advise on control design, tailoring, and alignment with identified risks
  • Facilitate discussions to support consistent risk assessment decisions
  • Document technology risks in line with internal frameworks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management practices

 

About you:

  • 4+ years' experience in technology risk assessment or control management
  • Experience identifying, assessing, and documenting technology risks
  • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks like GDPR, DORA, NIST, PCI DSS
  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC, JIRA, or similar workflow management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced English skills and collaborative mindset
  • Experience with ISF Standard of Good Practice or PSD2 would be valuable, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.

Monthly salary range will be from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
