Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Join our Lending Fraud Strategy team and help implement efficient fraud prevention controls that protect Danske Bank and our customers. You will contribute to a layered approach to fraud prevention, working with key stakeholders across different countries and departments. This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise while making a meaningful difference in financial crime prevention.
As part of Fraud Risk Management within the 1st Line Financial Crime, you will collaborate with an international team to deliver high-quality fraud prevention solutions. Working closely with IT development tribes, various departments, and stakeholders across different countries, you will contribute to continuously improving our fraud detection and prevention capabilities through technical solutions and strategic initiatives.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
What you will be doing
- Provide specialist advice and guidance on lending fraud prevention strategies
- Design, test, and review lending fraud controls through comprehensive data analysis
- Conduct risk assessments for products, services, processes, and third parties
- Develop and deliver targeted lending fraud prevention training programmes
- Support implementation of policies and procedures for lending fraud controls
- Perform deep-dive analysis to ensure comprehensive lending fraud frameworks
- Identify development opportunities and propose continuous improvements
About you
- At least 3 years of experience in financial crime or relevant degree
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholder groups
- Open-minded, curious, and committed to learning new approaches
- Collaborative mindset with self- motivation and team orientation
- Highly structured approach with strong attention to detail
- Upper-intermediate English language skills both in speaking and writing
