Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Are you a structured and collaborative project manager who can bring clarity to complex programmes? Join us to coordinate key activities, connect stakeholders and support effective delivery.
The Credit Analytics Transformation (CAT) Programme enhances Danske Banks credit risk models and internal ratings-based framework. As part of the PMO team in Copenhagen and Vilnius, you will bring structure to the programme and collaborate with stakeholders across senior management, model development, IT, business areas, Validation, Audit and regulators.
You will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
What you will be doing:
- Lead project planning and delivery by translating complex topics into clear roadmaps, milestones and actions
- Prepare presentations, reports and analyses that support strategic decisions by senior management
- Coordinate programme activities and facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders to keep delivery on track
- Ensure consistent, transparent reporting across programme streams and internal digital channels
About you:
- 2+ years of work experience in project management or consulting
- Experience with project management tools (such as Jira)
- Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to simplify complex information and create clear, compelling presentations in PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ability to turn ambiguity into progress and see tasks through to completion
- A proactive, service-minded and flexible approach, with sound judgement when handling sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in English
- Management consulting or credit risk experience (would be beneficial)

Monthly salary range from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).
