Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Transform third-party risk management across Danske Bank and help build resilient business processes.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to own and lead Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives, facilitate cross-department alignment, and translate diverse perspectives into clear business requirements. You will contribute to transformation initiatives by analysing processes, documenting needs, preparing tailored communication and artefacts, and partnering with colleagues and subject-matter experts in an inclusive team environment.
What you will be doing
You will lead a transformation that enhances our Third Party Risk Management capabilities, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Working within our Security team, you will analyse complex business processes and translate varied requirements into actionable solutions that support strategic objectives.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate decision-making across business areas
- Analyse business processes and data insights to identify improvement opportunities
- Define TPRM process standards, governance frameworks, and operating models
- Coordinate implementation activities including testing and change adoption
- Design communication and training initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities
- Develop high-quality documentation including process maps and business requirements
About you
- At least two years of experience as a Business Analyst and Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex analysis using tools like ARIS, BPMN, Tableau
- Navigate ambiguity and balance competing stakeholder needs for informed decisions
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and documentation management
- Collaborative mindset building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Growth mindset with continuous learning and willingness to support colleague development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
